Brian Bluff

Brian Bluff is the publisher and editor of FishNY.com. FishNY originally served as a companion site to Lake Ontario Outdoors Magazine and Adirondack Outdoors Magazine, sharing New York fishing reports, useful resources, and occasionally magazine content between print issues.

Over time, as publishing priorities evolved, the website became less active. When Brian acquired the magazine archives, FishNY.com was included as part of that legacy. Brian rebuilt and reimagined FishNY as a long‑term resource—preserving decades of New York fishing writing, organizing it in a modern searchable way, and expanding it with guides to locations, species, and techniques.

Brian’s role is editorial: maintaining the site, improving clarity and usefulness, and ensuring this New York fishing knowledge remains available to anglers today and for future generations.
